But what exactly is time blocking? And how does it help you become more productive?
Let’s break down what time blocking is, why it’s important, and how you can start this method today.

Having a growth mindset that's focused on mastery, will lead to a life of more success and happiness.
Here are 3 habits you can develop to master your mindset and continue your journey of lifelong growth.
“The one thing that you have that nobody has is you. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision. So write and draw and build and play and dance and live as only you can.” - Neil Gaiman
The first step in growth is awareness.
6 Measures of Mindset Mastery
Goal: to assess and reflect on your perceived levels of satisfaction with the different domains of your psychology and mental health.
Directions: On a scale from 1-10, rate yourself on your perceived level of satisfaction in each domain. 10 being the highest level of satisfaction and 1 being the lowest.
You can highlight, circle, or fill in your score whichever way works best for you and come back to your scores every 3 months to re-evaluate your progress.
“The journey into self-love and self-acceptance must begin with self-examination… until you take the journey of self-reflection, it is almost impossible to grow or learn in life.” – Iyanla Vanzant.
Weaknesses are a part of being human.
However, people differ in the way they think about their weaknesses.
Whereas some people think that weaknesses are a natural part of the human condition, others believe them to be serious flaws that devalue a person’s worth.
Today is my birthday and I turn 31 years old.
A birthday is a great time to take a break and reflect on your life.
Similar to New Years Resolutions, it’s a good way to keep track of your progress and take some time to recalibrate.
It’s less about making a new goal for yourself, and more about having a deep appreciation for your life and how far you’ve come along your journey.
It’s more about looking ahead in how we can grow as a person and achieve new levels of...
Why do people lose motivation? There are many reasons, but one is feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
When things become overwhelming, it blocks your mind and prevents you from moving forward. You’re stuck because there are so many things to do, and you have totally no idea where to start.
It may be good to feel overwhelmed once in a while because you want to push yourself out of your comfort zone, but if this feeling persists, it may cause paralysis and immobilize you.

How do you find your life’s purpose?
Is it something you can even find?
Do you have power over your life’s purpose and how it manifests?
Purpose is more self-defined. It doesn’t just pop up out of thin air.
I do believe there are some clues though that are right in front of us.
Throughout history, there has been enough knowledge and wisdom passed down that we can learn a thing or two from the legends before us.
There are hints right in front of us every day. Let’s...
What is your biggest desire in life?
If not, then you’re making a huge mistake.
Because our main human drive is to seek personal freedom...and the alternative is a trapped life.
Where you feel like you can’t get ahead, always working, making no progress, and never satisfied.
But when you’re free, you have the luxury to live life on your own terms. In ALL areas of life!
Let me explain. Here’s how I see personal freedom:
“The quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves.” - Ray Kroc.
In the beginning of the year, I set three standards for our team:
Standards are much better than rules.
They’re guidelines to live by and something to hold each other accountable for.
They’re a foundation that are far superior to rules because they define morally correct and acceptable behavior.
Rules on the other hand,...
“If you think that peace and happiness are somewhere else and you run after them, you will never arrive. It is only when you realize that peace and happiness are available here in the present moment that you will be able to relax. In daily life, there is so much to do and so little time. You may feel pressured to run all the time. Just stop! Touch the ground of the present moment deeply, and you will touch real peace and joy.” – Thich Nhat Hanh.
Why do we set goals?
