Why did I become a High Performance Coach?
Great question! Thanks for asking :)
I became a High Performance Coach because I wanted to create exceptional results for my clients where they can thrive and reach their full potential!
In order to do that, I had to take my own life to the next level too.
As a leader in the field of Personal and Professional Development, I use a combination of coaching, positive psychology and confidence building techniques to help my clients develop their greatness and become their best self.
I offer exclusive, one-on-one, High Performance Coaching to individuals who are ready to challenge themselves, find clarity, and get past that troublesome plateau.
Are you ready for your BREAKTHROUGH?!
What Is High Performance Coaching?
High-performance is a game everyone can play.
We can define high performance as producing results much better than expected.
Brendon Burchard defines high performance as “succeeding above and beyond standard norms over the long-term.”
And my dictionary defines high-performance as “able to operate to a high standard.”
High Performance Coaching is a process that explores all the ways you can reach heightened and sustained levels of performance and potential in your life.
Have you ever felt stuck? Like you're going through the motions...
Struggling to reach your goals?
Or maybe you just can't seem to breakthrough to that next level...
I feel you, I've been there too.
But in order for GROWTH to happen, something needs to change.
Sometimes, these changes are so small you don't even realize they're holding you back.
Even the most successful people in the world feel stuck at times, it's part of life!
That's why when you increase your level of your performance, you feel more confident, productive, and enthusiastic with your every day life!
Through the coaching process, you discover new beliefs, habits, strategies, and tools that will help you join the world’s most successful people.
Can you guess what Oprah, Serena Williams, and Leonardo DiCaprio all have in common?
Besides from being some of the most successful people in the world, they all worked with a high performance coach.
If that doesn't knock your socks off, maybe the data will...
According to research conducted by the International Coaching Federation, the effectiveness of life coaching showed that 99% of the people they interviewed saw their experience working with a coach as rewarding, while 96% stated they would do it again.
Additionally, 65% said working with a coach helped them improve their performance at work and 80% said it helped improve their self-confidence.
As Lil Wayne says, "numbers don't lie."
What results will I see?
Just to name a few!
A High Performance Coach is Hyper-Focused On Growth
Coaching is different from therapy because it is hyper-focused on who you are now and who you can be.
Life coaching is more action centered.
Coaches focus on getting their clients to make changes in order to achieve what they want in their personal and professional lives.
"‘If we practice being spectacular long enough, spectacular will become our way of being.’ – Robin Sharma
A Coach Is A Partner With You In Your Success
The best aspect of coaching is that instead of acting as a counselor, we're a partner and motivator!
We see through the excuses and we hold you accountable (out of love of course). We see when you limit yourself and we challenge you to do more.
Our motivation is what helps you grow and become the person you want to be.
High performance coaching is challenge based. That's how you grow and see massive results!
What Makes High Performance Coaching Different?
A few things make High Performance Coaching different from other types of coaching.
- Most coaching programs have no curriculum and, therefore, little hope of value.
- High Performance Coaching uses a proven, results-oriented, research-based curriculum; therefore, value is built into the program.
- Most other coaching programs offer unclear outcomes.
- High Performance Coaching offers a clear outcome—high performance. For example, increased productivity to help you achieve your goals more efficiently.
- Most other coaching programs are listening based.
- High Performance Coaching is challenge based. We challenge you to grow.
- Most other coaching programs are client driven.
- High Performance Coaching is curriculum driven; each session includes training and education as well as coaching directed at achieving a specific goal.
