“The one thing that you have that nobody has is you. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision. So write and draw and build and play and dance and live as only you can.” - Neil Gaiman
The first step in growth is awareness.
6 Measures of Mindset Mastery
Goal: to assess and reflect on your perceived levels of satisfaction with the different domains of your psychology and mental health.
Directions: On a scale from 1-10, rate yourself on your perceived level of satisfaction in each domain. 10 being the highest level of satisfaction and 1 being the lowest.
You can highlight, circle, or fill in your score whichever way works best for you and come back to your scores every 3 months to re-evaluate your progress.
“The journey into self-love and self-acceptance must begin with self-examination… until you take the journey of self-reflection, it is almost impossible to grow or learn in life.” – Iyanla Vanzant.
Weaknesses are a part of being human.
However, people differ in the way they think about their weaknesses.
Whereas some people think that weaknesses are a natural part of the human condition, others believe them to be serious flaws that devalue a person’s worth.
How do you find your life’s purpose?
Is it something you can even find?
Do you have power over your life’s purpose and how it manifests?
Purpose is more self-defined. It doesn’t just pop up out of thin air.
I do believe there are some clues though that are right in front of us.
Throughout history, there has been enough knowledge and wisdom passed down that we can learn a thing or two from the legends before us.
There are hints right in front of us every day. Let’s...
What is your biggest desire in life?
If not, then you’re making a huge mistake.
Because our main human drive is to seek personal freedom...and the alternative is a trapped life.
Where you feel like you can’t get ahead, always working, making no progress, and never satisfied.
But when you’re free, you have the luxury to live life on your own terms. In ALL areas of life!
Let me explain. Here’s how I see personal freedom:

What can we do to develop mastery of our growth mindset?
In this blog, we’ll cover three key habits and advanced strategies you need to adopt if you want to master your growth mindset and belief about yourself that says, “I can learn and grow. My abilities are not limited to what they are currently and I know I can get better.”
We get to make new decisions about how our thoughts are shaped and how we treat ourselves and other people each day.
We get to decide...
High Performance is about long-term success.
People who are high performers are happier, less stressed, and more successful than their peers over the long-term. That’s just the way that it is!
But being successful doesn’t mean you’re accomplishing a bunch of goals in life, especially if they’re aren't that fulfilling or rewarding (I think we all know enough stories about millionaires who aren’t/weren’t happy). Rather, success could also be viewed as the...
There’s a misconception about motivation. I hear people say all the time that “motivation isn’t important”.
Why are people downplaying the importance of motivation?
I think it’s because they’ve been misguided.
There are a plethora of reasons why, such as motivational speakers or motivational videos on social media, but I would like to challenge you to embrace this article with a beginner's mindset and forget everything you know about motivation.
