How do you find your life’s purpose?

How do you find your life’s purpose?

Is it something you can even find?

Do you have power over your life’s purpose and how it manifests?

Purpose is more self-defined. It doesn’t just pop up out of thin air.

I do believe there are some clues though that are right in front of us.

Throughout history, there has been enough knowledge and wisdom passed down that we can learn a thing or two from the legends before us.

There are hints right in front of us every day. Let’s break down four big ones.

Hint #1: Maybe our purpose is to live a fully charged life?

You don’t need to be religious or spiritual, you can be a practical human being and realize when you start looking around the world, there are a lot of people on this planet.

We’re all human and we’re all alive.

Meaning, maybe part of our purpose is to be FULLY alive.

Present in the moment. Embodying this vibrancy, zest, and joy for life!

What are you doing to cultivate and make yourself feel more alive?

Are you living through your passions?

Are you experiencing the true joys of life?

Hint #2: We’re all different in our own unique way.

We all have something unique and interesting about us.

The way we all think about the world is different.

So are you living your life uniquely? Are you genuine and authentic?

Or are you being somebody else?

A mistake many people make is living a life based on other’s people’s opinions or expectations.

If you don’t know your purpose, you might be thinking you’re still looking for your purpose, but really, you’re looking for yourself.

Having the freedom and confidence to express who you truly are. That is how you live through your purpose even more.

Because at the end of the day, what’s the point of all of this?

Why are we here?

Maybe it’s to be yourself, and that’s the grand purpose of life.

Hint #3: Maybe we’re all connected.

There are billions of people and we have so much in common.

When you travel the world, you realize we all share certain things no matter who you are and where you’re from.

For example, love.

There’s a human fabric around these values, virtues, and beliefs, such as truth, love, wisdom, compassion, and more.

Some people think love itself is the purpose of life!

So are you living purposefully?

Are you really connecting with the people you love and adore?

If not, start giving that loving energy even more and start to feel a greater sense of purpose in your life.

Hint 4: Consciousness.

Humans are unique for many reasons. One of them being, we have the ability to create our own reality through vision.

We can visualize the future and make our dreams come true.

We can build buildings, planes, schools, and achieve great things in this world that no one else can...like the monkey.

Monkeys are awesome! But animals can look towards the future too, just like us. They also have a “vision.”

For example, the spider looks towards tomorrow. Proof: spiderwebs.

The bear looks towards tomorrow. Proof: hibernation.

The difference though is animals are impulsive. We as human beings can override that!

We can create! We can imagine something so extraordinary that nobody else can see it.

That’s VISION!

When people struggle with understanding their purpose, it’s usually because there is a lack of clarity around their vision. Either they lost sight of it or they just don’t know what it is. Either way, dream.

Are you dreaming?

Because if you do, that will give you a greater sense of purpose.

As humans, we have the privilege of being self-directed.

We can take control of many things in our lives (obviously not everything).

The second part is about self-direction. If we don’t have it, that’s when we start going through the motions.

Over time, without any intention or direction, we often feel lost.

So how intentional are you being about the future?

It’s not about living in the future, that’s CHASING your dreams, it’s about LIVING your dreams.

Live in the moment, and start creating more meaning and purpose in your life.

It’s about deciding who you want to be and want you to want to contribute to the world.

Ask yourself, what are you going to do?

My recommendation, write down your purpose statement.

Because you might not find your purpose, so define one for yourself.
