6 Measures of Mindset Mastery
Goal: to assess and reflect on your perceived levels of satisfaction with the different domains of your psychology and mental health.
Directions: On a scale from 1-10, rate yourself on your perceived level of satisfaction in each domain. 10 being the highest level of satisfaction and 1 being the lowest.
You can highlight, circle, or fill in your score whichever way works best for you and come back to your scores every 3 months to re-evaluate your progress.
